UPDATE ON JOEL BELL AND THE WORLDWIDE BIBLICAL ZIONISTS

If you are unfamiliar with Joel Bell and the Worldwide Biblical Zionists(Ephraimites) please read Ephraimites Form Alliance with Likud and Introduction to Ephraimite Theology.

The main goal of Ephraimites is to settle in Israel, particularly in Yehuda and Shomron as they believe this is their biblical inheritance and neccessary for the return of yashke. Most Ephraimites downplay their belief in yashke and the new testament (at this time) because it is perceived as a stumbling block to their main goal. They will, however, tell a Jew all about their "messiah" if asked. Many Jews do not see Ephraimites as a threat because of this. Ephraimites believe they must "come home" to Israel en mass (what they call the Great Exodus). Imagine millions of xians becoming Israeli citizens and making aliyah. Members within the Likud party are helping them with this goal. Once they are here, they will start the "missionizing" because they believe that for yashke to come back all of us Jews have to accept him as the awaited messiah and unite with the Ephraimites as one people.

Since my last post there have been alot of changes for WBZ. There was a falling out between Joel Bell and Eddie Chumney. He claims that Joel Bell is a manipulator and a liar who used his connections in the Ephraimite movement to make money. After this falling out, Bell opened a new website. According to the WBZ mission statement

In the video "Biblical Zionist Discussion", Joel Bell tells prospective students that attending this academy could lead to serving in the IDF which could then lead to Israeli citizenship.

In December 2008, Haaretz did an article on the academy, US Evangelicals fund Druze Academy. It is interesting that the article spins it as xians giving charity to Druze, with no mention of the xians using the academy to train xians for the IDF.

Joel Bell and his WBZ have recently become great friends of the Druze community. One participant in the WBZ inaugural tour wrote that a Druze leader told him "When you come into the land, remember us." I read this as saying when you take over the land remember that we are your allies not your enemies, but I could be wrong.

Bell also runs tours of Israel for Ephraimites. He takes them to Yehuda and Shomron to "show them their biblical inheritance".

The next tour is going to be over Pessach and guess what is on the itinerary

"Enjoy the most biblical Passover ever with your brother Judah in a beautiful synagogue in Jerusalem with local families."

Unfortunately I do not know what synagogue will be hosting this seder or even if it is Jewish. It could be messianic.

The WBZ is building a 3000 square meter, 3 level center to be their base of operations. I have heard that it will be north of Jerusalem in Anatot but I haven't been able to confirm that. The center will host lectures on Ephraimite theology, offices for lawyers to fight for Ephraimite rights in Israel, offices for realtors to help them purchase land, and a hall to host xian versions of Jewish smachot.

The Restoration of the Kingdom Is at Hand

In 921 BCE the Kingdom Of Israel was divided into two reigns. The northern kingdom (consisting of 10 tribes) became known as the Kingdom of Israel and the southern kingdom (consisting of two tribes) became known as the Kingdom of Judah.

Between 734 and 722 BCE, the Kingdom of Israel was taken captive by the Assyrians and dispersed throughout their kingdom. This was a judgment from Elohim for their idolatry and sin. When Assyria was later conquered, Israel began to disperse throughout the world. As Yahshua was about to ascend into heaven, His taught ones asked Him, in Acts 1:6; "Master, would You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?" They were referring to that which all the prophets spoke of in the TaNaK (Old Testament). It would only be a few years after Yahshua's disciples asked this question, that even the Kingdom of Judah would be dispersed by Rome throughout the earth.

But, as the prophets testified by the Spirit of Elohim, there is a day coming, as spoken of by Yehezqel, in Ezekiel 11:16-19: "Therefore say, 'Thus said the Master Yahweh "Although I have sent them far off among the nations, and although I have scattered them among the lands, yet I was for them a set-apart place for a little while in the lands to which they came." ' Therefore say, 'Thus said the Master "And I shall gather you from the peoples, and I shall assemble you from the lands where you have been scattered, and I shall give you the land of Israel.'

Judah's regathering began in 1948, as the Nation State of Israel was reborn. And now, among Christians, there is an ever-growing return to the Hebrew Roots of their faith. Hear O Israel is a xtian group that subscribes to the two-house theology. On their website there are "spies reports" in which they tell about their trip to "the land".

Ben, in their lovely home over treats, tearfully told her, "Here we are – help your government to let us come home”.Wow.

In fact, ”Wow” became a word well-used on this trip. As we explained to one Yehudite after another who we were, we kept hearing it. Wow. As we met one brave citizen after another and heard their faith expressed, we kept saying it, too. Wow.

One day we were in the Van Hellion driving through the land of Benjamin on the way to Ephraimite Land. By His Ruach, we all began to cry and shout as we passed the border. “We’re Home!” “ Baruch HaShem Yahweh”! This would have been very nice, but there was one amazing detail. As we crossed the unmarked boundary between Judah’s land (Benjamin) into the land of the Ten Lost Tribes (Ephraim), nobody told us we had crossed over. We just knew. Baruch HaShem Yahweh, indeed.

There is so much to relate this little spy is just plumb tuckered out. All in all, I can summarize by saying that THE LAND is indeed flowing with milk, honey, flowers. oranges that look like grapefruits, and every blessing possible. To live there and join our brothers and sisters is now my passionate dream. These people make me want to be a better me. Those who are too steeped in their Talmudic traditions to find time to read their Tanak will be surprised when Yahweh brings us home without giving up Yahshua, but we will be sure to invite him to the party. We know the Real people will rejoice with us, and Yahweh will come from afar off to greet us. No giants or adversaries too big. Yahweh can take this land, and He will have no trouble making these two sticks ONE in HIS HAND!!!!!

While we are mourning over our lost Temples, our lost land(Gush Katif), our lost souls (those Jews who have been drawn away from Torah and enticed to follow false gods), and our lost closeness to HaShem, the goyim will be celebrating. There will be two conferences held by "Ephraimites" on Friday August 8-Sunday August 10.

The first "I Am Israel" conference is sponsored by Messianic Israel Alliance founded by Angus and Batya Wooten. MIA represents the Jewish (Judah) part or the Two-house or Ephraimite movement.

Notice that Jews who don't believe in yeshu are not included in the "commonwealth of Israel".

The second conference is the "Restorahation Conference" in Chicago being held at the same time.

The speakers at this conference, including Eddie Chumney, represent the gentile side of the Two-house or Ephraimite movement who also call themselves xtian zionists. Don't be confused, as I often am by this ridiculous theology, by the fact that the gentile side can still call themselves rabbi, put on a tallit and give a dvar Torah in their churches. The sad thing is that Israeli Jews are helping these people achieve their goals. Reuven Prager and Gershon Ferency HaKohen will be speaking at this conference.

EPHRAIMITES(XTIAN ZIONISTS) FORM ALLIANCE WITH LIKUD TO WORK TOWARDS THE GOAL OF XTIAN ALIYAH

Eddie Chumney (who sometimes uses the title Rabbi) is one of the main leaders in the Hebrew Roots movement which has evolved into the xtian zionist movement. The two-house theology orginated with him as far as I can tell. He has authored many books including Restoring the Two Houses of Israel in which he writes

“Who are the two houses of Israel? Historically, they were the Northern Kingdom (house of Israel) and the Southern Kingdom (house of Judah). Today, the two houses of the G-d of Israel are known by the more common names of Christianity (house of Israel) and Judaism (house of Judah). Both Christianity (house of Israel) and Judaism (house of Judah) worship the G-d of Israel. However, they have historically disagreed with the method of expressing true Biblical worship to the G-d of Israel. These disagreements have divided the children of the G-d of Israel into two houses of worship of the G-d of Israel. Why are the two houses of Israel (Christianity and Judaism) divided?

There are two MAJOR disagreements between the two houses of Israel (Christianity and Judaism). These two major disagreements are the role of the Torah in true Biblical worship of the G-d of Israel and who is the Jewish Messiah (Mashiach). In spite of these two disagreements, both houses of Israel have been used by the G-d of Israel to preserve the following two very important truths within the Kingdom of the G-d of Israel. Judaism (house of Judah) has preserved the truth that the Torah is eternal and is the Tree of Life given by the G-d of Israel. After this event happens, the Jewish Messiah (Mashiach) [yeshu] will set His feet on the mount of Olives and be King over all the earth (Zechariah [Zecharyah] 14:4, 9) and usher in the Messianic Age (Athid Lavo) teaching the Torah to the nations from the city of Jerusalem (Yerushalayim) (Isaiah [Yeshayahu] 2:2-3)."

The xtians involved in this "World Biblical Zionist" organization are the leaders of the Ephraimite/Two-house movement, people who believe that the xtians are the lost tribes and are the inheritors of the land of Israel specifically in Judea and Samaria.

Joel Bell and his wife are xtians living in the tribal land of Binyamin. They run Frontline Israel.

In a video on the World Evangelical Zionist website Joel Bell says one of the goals of the World Likud is to build a highway for Jews and lovers of Zion to come home.

The House of Israel mentioned in Jeremiah is Ephraim, those born-again non-Jews. Remember that all Jews are Israelites but not all Israelites are Jews. In the heavenly Jerusalem of Revelation 21:12 notice that all those born again folks planning on having everlasting life must enter the city through one of 12 gates, one for each of the twelve tribes. Isn't it funny and strange how ------ forgot to make a gate for Christians or "saved Gentiles". The reason is that everyone in Renewed Covenant Israel from both sides of the physical family is a descendent of Israel. In Jeremiah 31:3-22 we read detailed descriptions of Ephraim (ten tribes) returning to the land. We see the ten tribes being replanted on the mountains of Israel. It was [yeshu himself] who promised the twelve talmidim a millennial rule over twelve verifiable and recognizable tribes of re-gathered Israel (Matthew 19:28). Zechariah in chapter 8:22-23, specifically refers to ten men representing the ten returning tribes grabbing the tzitzit (fringes) of a Jew (Messiah) and declaring that they will also return to Zion and Torah. Notice that these ten returning men speak all of the world's known languages. In this passage we see the ongoing return of all Israel, to Israel!"

"We had several very interesting conversations with Sagiv, and we have established an ongoing working relationship with him. One remark he made to me really struck home, “We have six million Jews in Israel, and some six million Jews in the rest of the world. We don’t have enough Jews!”

They don’t have enough Jews to possess the West Bank! And it was a lack of Jews that caused them to give back the Sinai and withdraw from Gaza.
Sagiv was describing the same problem that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob faced, they didn’t have the numbers to take possession of the Land that the God of Israel had given them. Therefore, they were limited to being aliens in the land of promise (Heb 11:9-10).

What are the Jews to do?

Sagiv is speaking for a new generation of Jews, who no longer define friends and enemies on theological lines. They see their enemies as those that are trying to destroy them, and their friends are those that are trying to help them. They are looking to “Bnei Efraim" (B’nai Ephraim, or Sons of Ephraim) as Sagiv calls us, for the numbers to enable the people of Israel to possess the land. Or, to enable them, at the very least, to keep the entire city of Jerusalem and the settlements that they now have on the West Bank.

Sagiv is not alone in looking to Ephraim to join with them. I have been in touch with several members of the Sanhedrin and the New Jewish Congress who join Sagiv in his expectations that Ephraim will prove to be a great help to the Jews.

Sagiv and like-minded Jews, realize that the Messianic Israel movement does not have the needed numbers at this time to fulfill the prophecies regarding Ephraim once again being a Mighty Man, becoming “one stick” with Judah, and returning to, and filling the land until there is no more room (Eze 37:15-28; Zec 10:7-10). But they believe that the present “Believers,” who today see themselves as B’nai Ephraim, being in some manner part of Ephraim and his companions, are forerunners of the lost sheep whom the God of Israel is calling primarily out of the two and half billion people in the world labeled Christians."

During that event, we will be forming the first Congress of B’nai Ephraim, which will place our movement on the path toward having the people of Ephraim legally recognized by the international community as a people. The significance of this act cannot be overstated.

That same weekend, we will be hosting our unprecedented March Through the Arch, an activist-style rally held at the “Gateway to the West,” signifying the prophetic return of God’s people “from the west.” The March Through the Arch will also include a parade through the streets of downtown St. Louis. The purpose behind all of these actions is to announce to the world that Ephraim exists and showcase our support for the nation of Israel. We expect this event to generate significant and widespread media coverage, which will carry our message throughout the world."

There are differences between these "Ephraimite" groups but they are all working toward the goal of mass aliyah of xtians to Judea and Samaria, which they believe must happen before the Jews accept yeshu as their messiah, enabling his (yeshu's) "return".
