A light unto the Nations

Many people who have relationships with xtians claim they are being a "light unto the nations" yet they are not telling the xtians they have to give up xtianity. Last I checked the "light" that we are suppose to give to the nations is the Torah and the belief in one G-d. Being a "light unto the nations" is not a commandment, it is a fact. Someone once described it to me this way: Am Yisrael is like a lighthouse that shines a light to show the way, it is up to the lost to go towards the light. When we as a nation are living by Torah we are a light, by example. We were never meant to go out into churches to bring people out of idolatry. That would be analogous to jumping into a deep pit to pull someone out instead of throwing down a rope. In the end we get stuck in the pit with them.

Idolatry in the Holy Land

This is a video of "messianics" (xtians who want to be Jews) on their recent trip to Israel. I actually passed by them outside Yaffa Gate on a Friday afternoon when they were filming this. They were yelling out "free israeli dance classes" to all those passing by.




They are called the Israeli Celebration Dancers (ICD) led by Michael and Marty Gale from Greeley, Colorado.

This dancing is almost exclusive to the "messianic" movement. It is called "Davidic dance and worship". It is also referred to as spiritual warfare.

They have worshipped their false god all over Israel, while Jews stood by and watched.

Xtian Love or Obsession?

The xtians say they love us but it is not love, it is an obsession. They are obsessed with anything Jewish. Judaica stores(at churches) are the latest fad. There are more xtians in ulpan learning Hebrew than Jews. The xtian believes that if he puts a tallit and a kippah on xtianity, the Jews will finally accept his beliefs, including "his messiah". The problem is we can't reciprocate and this obsession is quickly leading to a fatal attraction.

The Same G-d?

Many jewish-xtian alliances have been made in the past few years on the pretense that we worship the same G-d and we read the same "bible". The xtians say they worship the G-d of Avraham, Yitzach and Yaacov, when in reality they worship a man who lived and died 2000 years ago. Everything in xtianity revolves around that man. Every prayer is said in his name. He is talked about in every sermon. Every hymn is sung in praise of him. He plays a symbolic part in every holiday, including the jewish ones, such as Pessach, that have been adopted by xtians. So for those of you who believe that "that man" is a small part of xtianity and that he can be ignored or eventually removed, you are sadly mistaken.
