"He has recently become more religious," the reporters explained as they described the second Jerusalem Moslem who attempted to murder Jews with a tractor.

The Israeli public is already used to terror attacks in the name of Allah. These attacks are euphemistically described as 'nationalistically motivated'. But everybody knows in whose name the terrorists stage their murderous assaults. The Arabs who piloted the Boeing jets into the Twin Towers did not yell "Long live Saudi Arabia!" and last week's murderous tractor driver did not declare "Long live the Arab nation!" before perpetrating their horrendous deeds. Every Israeli knows what Arabs shout as they murder. They shout the Moslem motto, 'Allah hu akbar.' They act in the name of their god. Their terrorism is not nationalistically motivated. It is religiously motivated.

As opposed to the Left, the nationalist camp – and especially the national religious camp in Israel – is capable of understanding and dealing with this fact. But it is specifically this camp that is rapidly falling under the influence of a religious threat even more dangerous than Islam. It is specifically the nationalist and religious nationalist public that has been opening the door to xtianity and allowing it to slowly but surely sway Israeli reality.

The xtian conquest is much more dangerous than the Moslim conquest because it is not direct. It is not violent. It is embracing and supportive. It connects with Israel against the Moslem enemy. It supports a Jewish Land of Israel in its entirety. It even speaks up for the sanctity of the connection between the Nation of Israel, the Land of Israel and the Torah of Israel. It just forgets to mention to which Nation of Israel and to which Torah it refers.

The nationalist public is not aware of the extent and depth of the influence that these groups have achieved in Israel . It is very easy to be enticed by the fact that they hide their motives and offer large sums of money to causes that are important and often crucial for Israel .

It took me a bit of time to realize their true intentions, and in the meantime, I also received a small number of contributions from xtian factors. They insinuated that they were Noahides – non-Jews who have accepted the seven commandments that G-d gave to Noah, which negate xtianity. They declared that they were not part of any church and that the crucifix offends them. They simply forgot to mention that for them, G-d is actually the xtian deity and that the Nation of Israel is actually those who believe in that deity. Thank G-d, it took me a relatively short time to figure out what was going on and I cut off all ties with them.

They are careful to hide their true intentions. They will not usually display the crucifix and will not mention the name of their deity in conversation with Jews. They simply 'love' us – "no strings attached." But their goal is clear: To immigrate to Israel by the millions, to become citizens and to convert us all, G-d forbid. They do explicitly admit that as far as they are concerned, a Jew who does not accept their deity will burn in hell.

On the surface, why should we care? What difference does it make if huge sums of money for Israeli welfare causes are from xtian sources? "When Mashiach comes, we'll ask him what religion he is," the cynics wink. But this is not a matter that can be laughed off. Money talks. The organizations that feed the hungry children of Israel will eventually control their minds, as well.

Slowly but surely, more and more xtian institutions are being built in Israel . They have infiltrated almost every Jewish organization. And most worrisome of all, they have infiltrated the political Right. Acting MKs and candidates for the Knesset from all the rightist parties have been busy running to their churches in the US , hugging the most despicable missionaries and giving their activities in Israel and their beliefs the legitimacy so crucial to their success. Big money from these groups has been blinding the eyes of many Likud candidates, as well as Orange MKs and rabbis, and strictly kosher Haredi rabbis, as well.

It is hard to blame the Likud candidates for taking their money. If well-known rabbis and MKs with large skullcaps and beards see nothing wrong with xtian support, why should the less religiously knowledgeable Likudnik be more stringent than they are?

These xtians have been waiting 2,000 years for their messiah to arrive. They certainly have the patience to position more and more politicians who owe them their seats in key slots in Israel . Missionary activity in Israel is growing by leaps and bounds. But what mayor or politician will fight the missionaries after they have received millions from the very same ' Israel loving' organizations?

It is astounding how a history of 2,000 years of bloodshed evaporates in the face of large sums of cash. The children of Beit El will not pay the price of this abomination any time soon. The price will first be paid by the children in poor neighborhoods and in families whose Jewish identity is not well developed.

But every Jew is responsible for one another. If we do not open our eyes and reject these xtian groups and their money, we will all pay the price.

I had heard that xtians contributed to his campaign and I assumed that he was like all the other politicians. I am glad that I was wrong. Moshe Feiglin is obviously a man who is humble enough to admit his mistakes and to correct them. He cares more for the spiritual welfare of his fellow Jew than he does about his politcal career. This is the kind of leader we need.

People are starting to get the message....

From JPost:

In light of Tuesday's incident and the earlier terror attack, many
residents believed that the solution to the violence lay in the separation of Arabs and Jews and said they would rather Arabs didn't come into their
neighborhood.

"These terror attacks don't come from Gaza or Hamas, they come from
people who live with us. As long as there is no clear
separation between us, nothing will help
," Avraham said.
His sentiments were echoed by others in the area.

Got Some Time on Your Hands?

You'll need it to get through this week's Haveil Havalim. It's a long one!

ISRAEL'S MISSION TO REMAIN SEPARATE

I meant to post this a week ago but I was so overwhelmed with the research for my post on the World Likud, that this was overlooked.

Parshat Balak Bamidbar 23:9

ובגוים לא יתחשב-And not be reckoned among the nations. When the final reckoning is made to punish the nations, Israel will not be included among them (Rashi). Midrash HaGadol interprets this as a reference to Israel's mission to remain separate and distinct from the nations. From this blessing that Balaam delivered against his will, we see what he had hoped to achieve (see Sanhedrin 105a): that Jews assimilate with the nations and be left with neither religion nor renown.

We can see from this that nothing has changed. The goal of xtians is to "break down the walls of separation" and "build bridges" so that we will cease to be a distinct nation.

EPHRAIMITES(XTIAN ZIONISTS) FORM ALLIANCE WITH LIKUD TO WORK TOWARDS THE GOAL OF XTIAN ALIYAH

Eddie Chumney (who sometimes uses the title Rabbi) is one of the main leaders in the Hebrew Roots movement which has evolved into the xtian zionist movement. The two-house theology orginated with him as far as I can tell. He has authored many books including Restoring the Two Houses of Israel in which he writes

“Who are the two houses of Israel? Historically, they were the Northern Kingdom (house of Israel) and the Southern Kingdom (house of Judah). Today, the two houses of the G-d of Israel are known by the more common names of Christianity (house of Israel) and Judaism (house of Judah). Both Christianity (house of Israel) and Judaism (house of Judah) worship the G-d of Israel. However, they have historically disagreed with the method of expressing true Biblical worship to the G-d of Israel. These disagreements have divided the children of the G-d of Israel into two houses of worship of the G-d of Israel. Why are the two houses of Israel (Christianity and Judaism) divided?

There are two MAJOR disagreements between the two houses of Israel (Christianity and Judaism). These two major disagreements are the role of the Torah in true Biblical worship of the G-d of Israel and who is the Jewish Messiah (Mashiach). In spite of these two disagreements, both houses of Israel have been used by the G-d of Israel to preserve the following two very important truths within the Kingdom of the G-d of Israel. Judaism (house of Judah) has preserved the truth that the Torah is eternal and is the Tree of Life given by the G-d of Israel. Christianity (house of Israel) has preserved the truth that [yeshu] is the Jewish Messiah (Mashiach)."

From Chumney's website

"JUDAH AND EPHRAIM FLEE BABYLON AND RETURN TO THE LAND OF ISRAEL
During the tribulation period/Jacob’s trouble, the house of Judah (Judaism) and the house of Israel (Christianity) will be fleeing from the land of Babylon (America) and returning to the land of Israel. When both houses of Israel return to the land of their forefathers, the centuries of exile will be over. The house of Judah (Judaism) and the house of Israel (Christianity) will be one nation when they return to the land of Israel. They will be redeemed, restored, reconciled and unified in the land of Israel (Ezekiel [Yechezekel] 37:15-28). After this event happens, the Jewish Messiah (Mashiach) [yeshu] will set His feet on the mount of Olives and be King over all the earth (Zechariah [Zecharyah] 14:4, 9) and usher in the Messianic Age (Athid Lavo) teaching the Torah to the nations from the city of Jerusalem (Yerushalayim) (Isaiah [Yeshayahu] 2:2-3)."

The following are excerpts from an email sent by Eddie Chumney of Hebraic Heritage Ministries.

This e-mail concerns the plans to start a GLOBAL organization to be called,"Worldwide Biblical Zionists" at the invitation from World Likud in the land of Israel to work with Judah in the land to "build up Zion".

In January 2007, the Chairman of World Likud, Danny Danon appointed Joel Bell to begin the initiative to unite Bible believers all over the world to work with World Likud to "build up Zion".

Within a year, we want to have 1 MILLION members of this organization. Joel Bell will be the director of Worldwide Biblical Zionists. Eddie Chumney of Hebraic Heritage Ministries Int'l will be working closely with Joel to build the network to accomplish this vision.

Joel Bell and the Sagiv Assulin will be speaking at the "Restoration of the Kingdom" conference July 17- 20 in Portland, Oregon at the Shilo Inn and Conference Center about the vision of "Worldwide Biblical Zionists" and how you can become an ACTIVE member.

Joel and Sagiv will also be available to speak to churches in NE and Central Ohio during the week of July 28-August 3.

If you have a church or fellowship group in FLORIDA and you would like Joel and Sagiv to make a presentation on the vision of Worldwide Biblical Zionists encouraging people to become members of the organization, please contact us.

WORLDWIDE BIBLICAL ZIONIST TOUR TO ISRAEL There will be a Worldwide Biblical Zionist tour to Israel from November 8 - 18. This will be a MEMBERS ONLY tour. If you are not a member, you need to join! This tour will be focused on connecting with those in the land of Israel who will be working to promote Worldwide Biblical Zionists.

This tour will be highlighted with a 3 day World Likud Board Governors conference where we will interact with Knesset members, Mayors throughout Israel, and Senior advisors on security, trade, education, and Aliyah. You will go behind the scenes with senior military officials. We will visit the Military Academy and explore the opportunities available. This tour will include touring Judea and Samaria - travelling to Beit El, Shilo, and visiting our offices in Sha'ar Benjamin as well as lunch with the mayor of Ariel. We'll also visit the ancient city of Hevron where Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Sarah and Leah are buried as well as Jesse and Ruth. In Hevron we'll visit the Torah Academy where the children memorize the Torah and the Prophets and Psalms. -Meet Gush Katif leaders and visit the refugee camps and the new planned communities and farms where you will find great investment opportunities. We will introduce you to the leaders in Israel who are partnering to promote the vision of Worldwide Biblical Zionists.

Other events and activities are being planned. This Biblical Zionist tour will truly be an Abrahamic journey as we experience the true meaning of "crossing over" with brother Judah. You will receive true Jewish hospitality."

The xtians involved in this "World Biblical Zionist" organization are the leaders of the Ephraimite/Two-house movement, people who believe that the xtians are the lost tribes and are the inheritors of the land of Israel specifically in Judea and Samaria.

Joel Bell and his wife are xtians living in the tribal land of Binyamin. They run Frontline Israel.

"They serve the Jewish people in the land of Israel teaching the covenants that G-d has with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and their descendents, and with those who have been grafted in to the commonwealth of Israel.

Says Joel Bell, Director of Frontline, “G-d is so real to these people and to us simply because we hear the Word of G-d and we obey it - together, becoming pleasing to our Heavenly Father and receiving our eternal inheritance.” "

In a video on the World Evangelical Zionist website Joel Bell says one of the goals of the World Likud is to build a highway for Jews and lovers of Zion to come home.

Jan Willem van der Hoeven, shown in this video, is the founder of the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem and the International Christian Zionist Center in Binyamin. I hope to write more on him in a future post.

Joel Bell and the Sagiv Assulin will be speaking at the "Restoration of the Kingdom" conference about the vision of "Worldwide Biblical Zionists".

The "Restoration of the Kingdom" conference is a meeting of the leaders and teachers of the Ephraimite movement.

From Hear o Israel the host of the conference:

"Two-House 101
The Restoration of Israel
The House of Israel mentioned in Jeremiah is Ephraim, those born-again non-Jews. Remember that all Jews are Israelites but not all Israelites are Jews. In the heavenly Jerusalem of Revelation 21:12 notice that all those born again folks planning on having everlasting life must enter the city through one of 12 gates, one for each of the twelve tribes. Isn't it funny and strange how ------ forgot to make a gate for Christians or "saved Gentiles". The reason is that everyone in Renewed Covenant Israel from both sides of the physical family is a descendent of Israel. In Jeremiah 31:3-22 we read detailed descriptions of Ephraim (ten tribes) returning to the land. We see the ten tribes being replanted on the mountains of Israel. It was [yeshu himself] who promised the twelve talmidim a millennial rule over twelve verifiable and recognizable tribes of re-gathered Israel (Matthew 19:28). Zechariah in chapter 8:22-23, specifically refers to ten men representing the ten returning tribes grabbing the tzitzit (fringes) of a Jew (Messiah) and declaring that they will also return to Zion and Torah. Notice that these ten returning men speak all of the world's known languages. In this passage we see the ongoing return of all Israel, to Israel!"

This is from the website of another Ephraimite group Messianic Israel Alliance

"We had several very interesting conversations with Sagiv, and we have established an ongoing working relationship with him. One remark he made to me really struck home, “We have six million Jews in Israel, and some six million Jews in the rest of the world. We don’t have enough Jews!”

They don’t have enough Jews to possess the West Bank! And it was a lack of Jews that caused them to give back the Sinai and withdraw from Gaza.
Sagiv was describing the same problem that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob faced, they didn’t have the numbers to take possession of the Land that the God of Israel had given them. Therefore, they were limited to being aliens in the land of promise (Heb 11:9-10).

What are the Jews to do?

Sagiv is speaking for a new generation of Jews, who no longer define friends and enemies on theological lines. They see their enemies as those that are trying to destroy them, and their friends are those that are trying to help them. They are looking to “Bnei Efraim" (B’nai Ephraim, or Sons of Ephraim) as Sagiv calls us, for the numbers to enable the people of Israel to possess the land. Or, to enable them, at the very least, to keep the entire city of Jerusalem and the settlements that they now have on the West Bank.

Sagiv is not alone in looking to Ephraim to join with them. I have been in touch with several members of the Sanhedrin and the New Jewish Congress who join Sagiv in his expectations that Ephraim will prove to be a great help to the Jews.

Sagiv and like-minded Jews, realize that the Messianic Israel movement does not have the needed numbers at this time to fulfill the prophecies regarding Ephraim once again being a Mighty Man, becoming “one stick” with Judah, and returning to, and filling the land until there is no more room (Eze 37:15-28; Zec 10:7-10). But they believe that the present “Believers,” who today see themselves as B’nai Ephraim, being in some manner part of Ephraim and his companions, are forerunners of the lost sheep whom the God of Israel is calling primarily out of the two and half billion people in the world labeled Christians."

Here is a preview of what MIA believes

"Messianic Israel declares that Believers in [yeshu] were not meant to replace Judah as Israel, but as "Ephraim," they are part of the called out ones (ekklesia), and in these latter-days, the Father is leading them to, whenever Scripturally possible, join with Judah; that Judah (faithful Jewish ones who will receive Messiah) and Ephraim (faithful non-Jewish Messiah followers) ultimately will fulfill the destiny of the two houses of Israel: that together they might fulfill the prophesies about the one, unified, victorious people of Israel.

Messianic Israel maintains that up to this general time "blindness in part" has happened to all (both houses) of Israel, and as the blinders are lifted, non-Jewish followers in yeshu will gain insight into their role as Ephraim, they will become defenders of Scriptural Torah and of Judah, and due to this character change, many Jewish people will accept [yeshu] as Messiah. This process has already begun as indicated through the Judah(Messianic Jewish Movement), Ephraim (Christian Zionism movement ), and the union of Judah and Ephraim(Messianic Israel Movement).

The reunion and full restoration of the two houses: This is the hope that burns in the hearts of those of Messianic Israel...

Notice that Jews who don't believe in [yeshu] are not included in the "commonwealth of Israel".

From the MIA website

"This summer, big things are going to happen. In August, we will be hosting our international conference (“I Am Israel”) in St. Louis. During that event, we will be forming the first Congress of B’nai Ephraim, which will place our movement on the path toward having the people of Ephraim legally recognized by the international community as a people. The significance of this act cannot be overstated.

That same weekend, we will be hosting our unprecedented March Through the Arch, an activist-style rally held at the “Gateway to the West,” signifying the prophetic return of God’s people “from the west.” The March Through the Arch will also include a parade through the streets of downtown St. Louis. The purpose behind all of these actions is to announce to the world that Ephraim exists and showcase our support for the nation of Israel. We expect this event to generate significant and widespread media coverage, which will carry our message throughout the world."

There are differences between these "Ephraimite" groups but they are all working toward the goal of mass aliyah of xtians to Judea and Samaria, which they believe must happen before the Jews accept yeshu as their messiah, enabling his (yeshu's) "return".

Missionaries in Sderot-What do they expect

FACT: When you take money or help from xtians you open yourself up to missionary activity. What did they expect? Did they really believe them when they said "We love you, we want to help you, no strings attached"?

Missionary Activity in Sderot
by Hillel Fendel 11/14/07
(IsraelNN.com)

Increased pro-Jesus missionary activity has been initiated in Kassam-besieged Sderot over the past two weeks, local residents say. On the backdrop of Kassams exploding into the small city of Sderot, the mostly working-class population is now facing yet another danger: missionary activity. Local residents say, "They are taking advantage of the difficulties here and trying to convert us to their beliefs."

Herzl Shayubi, who served until recently as Deputy Mayor of Sderot, told Arutz-7 "You can see that they have become very active here of late, with large signs about repentance and door-to-door activity with their Bibles and materials... In one case, I physically stopped one of them when I saw what he was giving out."

Moshe Malka, an activist of the Yad L'Achim anti-missionary organization who has family living in Sderot, said, "The missionaries - most of them 'Messianic Jews' - often show up to the weekly market day, marketing their destructive wares... Many of the residents say that the missionaries are taking advantage of their difficult situation to try to entice them to join their services - and it really appears that they have targeted Sderot. For instance, around the country they give out cheap editions of the New Testament, but here in Sderot they have been giving out a very fancy edition, with a very beautiful gold and black binding and gold-edged pages. I went into some houses to show them the book and ask if they've ever seen one like it - and they say, 'Sure, someone once gave us this' and they pull it out of their libraries. The missionaries simply prey on the ignorant and the weak."

"They have two houses here in Sderot, one on Natan Elbaz Street and one on Shivat Tzion [Return to Zion] Street In one of them, they have a weekly class in Russian on Friday evenings, and in the other they have Sabbath prayer services - featuring Jesus, of course... We have found that a 60-year-old man named Peter from nearby Bror Hayil comes and gives out literature."

Bombs and Missionaries in Sderot
Yad L'Achim 14/11/07

Taking advantage of the fear and distress in this western Negev town, cults are knocking on doors with promises of ‘salvation’.

As if it weren’t bad enough that Sderot residents are being hit by incessant Kassem rockets, they are also being bombarded by missionaries who are seeking to take advantage of their distress by promising them “salvation.”

Residents report that the missionaries knock on their doors and offer an impressively bound “new testament” that was published in a special edition for Sderot. The missionaries promise that these books will serve as a good luck charm to protect residents from rocket attacks.

Messianics in Sderot

According to the video two messianic groups are run out of a messianic center in Sderot, the Joseph Project run by Joel Chernoff of the MJAA (Messianic Jewish Association of America) and the Joshua Fund run by Joel Rosenberg in conjunction with municipal leaders and social workers.

The Joseph Project: In 1996, the Joseph Project was inspired by a prophetic word that NOW is the time to prepare for massive immigration to Israel of at least a million Jewish people from Eastern Europe and Russia in the near future. In 2006 alone we have shipped over $70 million of goods that were distributed via our 30 humanitarian aid centers, as well as over 100 Israeli government centers. (Many of the Russians that are coming with their help are messianics.)

The Joshua Fund, therefore, is a non-profit educational and charitable organization founded to encourage Christians to:
  • Pray knowledgeably and consistently for Israel and the Middle East
  • Invite speakers to their churches and conferences to talk about how to bless srael and her neighbors and to share what God is doing in the Middle East today
  • Take vision trips to and attend conferences in Israel and the Middle East
  • Publish Christian books and music in Israel and the Middle East
  • Invest in the rebuilding of the ancient ruins in the Holy Land
  • Assist the poor and needy in Israel in the name of Jesus Christ
  • Support the evangelical Church in Israel and the Middle East as the only true hope for peace and reconciliation

Quote from Rosenberg in the video:
"We don't just kind of burst onto the scene and say hey here's some help how can we help. We work closely with the mayor's office here, closely with the local leaders and so that if they're feeling comfortable then they can tell people look this is a good thing. We've got christians coming from all over the world to help us and this is a good thing."

Quote from a xtian in the video:
"The least we can do is help them with their material needs and this opens them up to all that the lord might have for them." (Code for after we give them stuff they will feel obligated to listen to us preach to them)

Orthodox Deputy Mayor of Sderot thanks the MJAA's Joseph Project for our needed help Monday, March 17, 2008

  • The Deputy Mayor's words follow: "I would like to say a few words. First of all, welcome and thank you very much for all that you are doing. and to all those involved. I do not believe that there are those who do not know Ms. Jo (Kaplan)and the Joseph Project, since she has come to us many times here to Sderot, doing projects such as these and others, including all kinds of distributions together with the Volunteer Unit. So this is not the first time, and thank you very much. Now I would like to relate to what you mentioned in your speech about the Sderot residents. What you mentioned about the Prime Minister, that is also the way the residents here feel. We are really currently in a war. A war that has been going on for a long time. But our ray of light is that the residents here are standing firmly and strongly, and they do not break, despite all the difficulties. This is our might as a nation, which is very much due to people such as yourselves who come to us here, to encourage, support, strengthen, and identify with us. It is therefore important to say, that this identification, even though sometimes it may not be to bring something, just a phone call, or a visit, does us a world of good, and gives us a lot of strength to continue to remain in this city." As a symbolic gesture, we wanted to grant you a gift of 'A key to the city."'You have reached almost every home in this city, Jo and the Joseph Project, and I would therefore like to present this key to you. This is for you. Thank you for all that you do. Your good hearts give us a reason to smile, even though we find ourselves in such a difficult situation. Thank you!"

Separation is the key. We must separate from the xtians. We must trust Hashem to provide for our needs and not the goyim. All missionaries should be evicted from Sderot and all of Israel.
